- Free Shipping is only available within Australia

Free Shipping includes $100 shipping insurance.
If you wish to have extra insurance on your order, you will need to add the correct Extra Shipping Insurance ($500, $1000, $1500, $3000, $5000) to your order. - Shipping costs are calculated at checkout (Except for baseboards and oversized items that require a separate quote).
- Orders will be shipped using Australia Post, Couriers Please, or Aramex.
- Items will be shipped within 48 business hours of receiving full payment. Usually, orders are shipped the next business day. There may be shipping delays due to Covid-19 restrictions.
- Made to order items will be shipped as soon as the full order has been completed and payment received.
- Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (Except NSW Public Holidays)
- Hobbies In The Hills has no liability for goods damaged in transit once the order is accepted by Australia Post or the Carrier.
- Overseas buyers - Import duties, taxes and other charges are not included in the item price. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Check with your countries custom service before making your purchase. Please email us at info@hobbiesinthehills.com.au for a shipping quote prior to your purchase.
Oversized Items
Oversized items (baseboards etc.) will be shipped by Courier or Removalist and as such may require separate charges. All Courier or Removalist deliveries require someone to be present at the delivery address on the delivery day unless the customer has approved the Authority to Leave. These items cannot be shipped to a PO boxes.
